Yup, it has one valve section and two bells; usually with euphonium/trombone profiles. These are called duplex instruments. See http://ic.net/~cmctuba/db/euph.html for how to make one.

I've seen pics of that. I believe it's not actually a trombone, but an evil mutant brass-based lifeform from another planet.
