Are we talking about saxophones here? If so any links to pictures?

Soprilla saxes will be coming on the market later this year, if all goes well, price not yet known.

I'll assume you're talking about saxes here, but if I'm wrong, let me know. A BBb contrabass sax?! Is there a website for this info?

The soprilla sax (aka sopranissimo) is a saxophone pitched an octave above
the Bb soprano, a device so small that the octave vent is actually drilled
into the mouthpiece. Wear ear protection ;-)

Sorry, this was about contra clarinets . The Ripamonti contrabass is wood,
and has a fairly distinctive appearance. The front page of their site has
a picture of the Bb contra, Eb contra, and low C bass together
(http://www.laripamonti.com/ ). The Bb contra is listed at 10K
euros/US$8.8K. They also list clarinets including Ab sopranino, Eb
soprano, C and Bb soprano, and low G - for some reason, their bass and
contra-alto clarinets aren't listed. The contrabass has range to low C, is
made of palissander, and looks like it is folded at the low E vent (see
http://www.laripamonti.com/ecommerce/product_info.php?products_id=50& )
Enjoy!

That's what I thought it might be. I wasn't even sure that that would be
possible. I knew of the one in between those, and for some reason I can't
think of what it is called, except sopranissimo. That's in Eb. But an
octave above Soprano? Nice (even though this is the CONTRABASS list). I do
appreciate the micor too.

I believe the one in berween is called a sopranino. I love the extreme
ends of the octaves.

Of course. I knew that, I just couldn't think of it at the time.
