Hi,
I don't know of any pieces specifically written for that ensemble, but I know there are a few tuba/flute (or piccolo) duets around. You probably already know the trick for playing bass clef music on an Eb treble clef horn: add three sharps to the key signature, and pretend the bass clef is treble.
I can't think of the tuba/piccolo duets offhand either: I just know that there are some. Perhaps someone else on the contrabass list will know. If not, you can always try tubaeuph - somebody there can usually come up with a few titles....
