A periodic web update:
It looks like " Music Treasures " has a Buescher Bb bass sax (US$ 5,980), a metal Eb alto clarinet by Noblet (US$ 375), an incredibly cheap Bundy bari sax (US$ 360 - which apparently will need to be overhauled), and a 1925 Conn C soprano sax (US$ 1,650).
The Woodwind & Brasswind is listing a Yamaha bass flute on their "scratch & dent" page - the bass apparently has a few scratches, for US$ 5,225. (I'd make sure it was returnable, or available on trial, before committing...). Their "used" page still lists the Leblanc Eb contralto clarinet, too.
The Brook Mays free classifieds list a BBb helicon for sale , US$ 600 plus shipping. It looks to me like the instrument is in Germany.
Best Music has a Mirafone rotary bass trumpet, US$ 1000.
