There is a Frank Kaspar bass clarinet mouthpiece for sale on ebay. What is
so special about this that it is at $510? Someone please enlighten me.

If I have my information correct people like the Kasper mouthpieces more for
the material that the blank was made from than the facing of the piece. The
older blank was made in a fashion that produced a harder substance.sande
