You may want to check through the horns listed at
http://www.contrabass.com/pages/classified.html - I think there are
still several contras listed there...Best of luck!

As far as I can tell from the web, there are Eb/Bb/A triple cases
made by Leblanc, GEWA and Wiseman, and a quadruple clarinet case by
Wiseman. Wiseman also makes a case for bass clarinet + two other
clarinets (I suspect that the other two cannot be contra-alto and
contrabass...).Grant

(but it isn't cheap - $645 at the discount price) - see
http://www.woodwindbrasswind.com/productlisting.jsp?node=8314.I don't know of any combination case that fits a bass clarinet plus a
lower clarinet (not even A/Bb double bass clarinet cases), but you
can always have Altieri (http://www.altieribags.com) make you a gig
bag. The combination contra-alto/contrabass gig bag shown on
http://www.contrabass.com/pages/cbcl.html (scroll down toward the
bottom) was made by Altieri.Grant
