I've just been informed that Terje Lerstad has a new website, at
http://home.sol.no/~tlerstad/.  It lists all of his works (including
many that include contrabass clarinet, some that *feature* contrabass
clarinet, several works that include octocontrabass and/or
octocontralto clarinet, and even a work that calls for
heckelphone/bass oboe).  The scores are available through the
Norwegian Music Information Centre
(http://www.notam.uio.no/nmi/info.html).
