play low notes together and they're out of tune, do you hear the difference

in Bb, but this contradicts other reports I have seen. Tommie, or anyone

and contains Paul Cohen's review of the soprillo and tubax. The
tubax is definitely in Eb. His column also mentions a CD of Bill
Elgart playing the tubax along with other low winds ("Zollsound 2
feat/WJL2001).Grant
